Features of Automatic Linear High-speed Blow Molding Machine Model CSD-AB:
1. Imported Servo motor ensure smooth performance and exact orientation, Running speed can be adjusted randomly as per production requirement . with preform photoelectric sensor, the clamping unit will be stop automatically while preform is absent.
2. color touch screen PLC controller can save multiple technical data for bottle blowing, All parameters can be adjusted on touch screen during production. No need to stop the machine for adjustment.
3. remote control of PLC can monitor the whole production process. OEM can provide after-service through remote control when the end user come up against problems.
4. unique design for heating oven and independent temperature control of PLC for each zone , preform feeding device will stop feeding performs automatically when the heating temperature is abnormal. The tilting mechanism for the infrared heating lamp ensures easy maintenance.
5. Automatic protection device prevent the machine from running under abnormal conditions, If any error occurs. The screen will display WARNING automatically. The machine will alarm and stop automatically.
6. Teo-step blowing(Low-pressure and High-pressure) ensures perfect bottles.
7. Individual control of seal cylinder ensures the high-speed blowing much more stable
8. Oil-free copper bush and linear guiderway , adopt pneumatic components and electronic components of international famous brand
9. with European standard CE standard CE certification issued by TUV NORD group.
