Product Description
This series full automatic filling system are for the production of 200ml to 2000ml bottling with integration of rinser, filler and capper. DGP series is suitable for rinsing, filling and capping process in mass production of PET Bottling as drinking water, such as minerl water or pure water.
Automatic rinsing filling capping DGP16-16-6 for mineral water filling :
1.The bottle-necks are clamped and bottles are suspended during the operation process.
This avoids many malfunctions caused by thinner bottle body or different highness of bottles.
This design also reduce dramatically the required number of changeable parts,
make it more convenient and quickly to change another type of bottles.
2. The advanced technology from Germany and Italy are employed. The speed of filling
is fast and the liquid amount is controlled accurately. The filling device can be stopped
automatically when there is no bottle or bottles are damaged. The advanced auto-rinsing technology is used in the unit.
3. Pneumatic valve are used for bottles feeding, it make machine runs smoothly.
4. The magnetic torque is used for screw capping. The power of screw capping can be
adjusted stepless. The power of screw capping also can be fixed, and the caps will not be damaged, the capping is reliable.
5. Slantwise mechanical power caps sorting device is used to avoid damaging the surface of caps.
6. The whole units is controlled by Omron PLC. The amount of the drink in the drink tank
can be controlled automatically.The filling and capping can be stopped automatically
when there is no bottle. When bottles are clamped wrongly or when caps are not available,
the units can be stopped automatically.
7. The Fiji frequency convertor technology is used to adjust the speed steplessly.
The production capacity can be displayed digitally and can be adjust conveniently.
8. All parts that have direct contact with water are made in Stainless steel 304 material.
The critical electronic components are from Japan, contactor Siemens,
the pneumatic devices are from Festo and Airtek.
